It ensures seamless integration with the grid by monitoring grid conditions and responding to signals from grid operators. This capability is vital for grid support functions such as peak shaving, load shifting, and ancillary services.
The obtained results show that the performance of the optimized controller for energy storage-based microgrid successfully reduced the amount of power consumption which in turn saving the energy and cost of 62.5%.
