This work presents a data-driven capacity estimation approach for lithium-ion batteries based on charging HF extraction and optimization. The charge HFs with high relevance are picked out from 14 HFs extracted from charge current, voltage and temperature profiles through grey rational analysis and PCA is performed for data dimensionality reduction.
